Notice on The Next Batch of Evacuation Flight From The United Kingdom

The High commission wishes to inform all prospective evacuees that arrangements have been concluded with Air Peace Airlines for the next batch of evacuation flights for stranded Nigerians in the United Kingdom to Abuja and Lagos. The two flights are scheduled to depart Gatwick Airport, London on 8^th August, 2020 at 11.00 am. 

3. In the light of the foregoing, please find here under the ticket fares:
   • Business Class (31 Seats): USD 1,800/NGN851,400 per passenger
   • Economy Class (307 Seats): USD 850/ NGN402,050 per passenger
   • Child fare is same as adult fare
   • Infant (Under 2yrs) 10% of adult fare
4. All prospective evacuees are therefore required to make payment for their interested ticket class to either of the under listed accounts of the airline:

4. Payment in Naira is also acceptable at the going market rate of N473/USD. If payment is made by proxy, full names of the passenger as it appears on International Passport must be reflected in the payment reference. Thereafter, the evidence of payment, Passport data page and destination should be forwarded to businessdevelopment@flyairpeace.com and WhatsApp number +2349093424316 as well as copy evacuation_airpeace@nigeriahc.org.uk. Please note that tickets will be issued only after confirmation of payment and shall be on a first come first served basis.

Baggage Allowance

• 2 Pieces of 23kg check-in luggage each plus 7kg hand luggage (Economy)
• 2 Pieces of 32kg check-in luggage each plus 10kg hand luggage (Business)

5. Prospective evacuees are also to note that they are required to undergo a selffunded Covid-19 PCR Test immediately in line with the new guidelines of the Presidential Taskforce on Covid-19:
